1. Wysiwyg opens
the competition to anyone over the age of 12 based in the
UK except for employees of Wysiwyg Films, connected
companies and cast & crew of the Soul Searcher
production.
2. The competition closes on Halloween (31st October
2006)
3. The competition has no entrance fee. However we expect
the participants to pay their own cost of connecting to the
web site.
4. Wysiwyg will notify winners of the competition by e-mail
within one week of the closing date of the competition.
Should the e-mail bounce, Wysiwyg will attempt to contact
the customer by phone, if they have provided a number. If
Wysiwyg cannot make contact within one month, Wysiwyg will
take back the prize and offer it to the runner up.
5. Wysiwyg will offer prizes in conjunction with other
companies other companies. Wysiwyg makes all efforts to
ensure that we only offer bona fide prizes, however, where
Wysiwyg offers the prize in conjunction with another
company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide
it, WYsiwyg will not provide the prize itself.
6. Unless otherwise stated, Wysiwyg reserves the right to
substitute a cash prize for the chosen prize to an
acceptable value alternative. This remains at Wysiwyg's
discretion. Otherwise Wysiwyg will deliver prizes as
stated.
7. On registering with Wysiwyg and entering the
competition, each visitor agrees to receive information via
e-mail, and other appropriate channels.
8. Wysiwyg will display the name of the winner of the
competitions on the web site and in the press as "title
surname, area" e.g. "Mrs Stettin from Birmingham." Wysiwyg
deems any images and or names supplied as having any
copyright ownership transferred to Wysiwyg for use in
future promotions.
9. Registration for any Wysiwyg competition falls subject
to our privacy
policy.
